convenient location helpful assistance cute staff fabulous kitchen
the hotel's location allowed easy access to many restaurants, shops, and transport. staff assistance was helpful . the building felt lovely with a great location, and the staff were very cute. the kitchen facilities had everything i needed.
the room walls seemed thin, and i could hear neighbors overnight.

the shared kitchen includes a coffee machine and a refrigerator. complimentary sparkling water and cookies were provided , a lovely touch. kitchen access.

The hotel is near several michelin-rated restaurants and hawker stalls, with choices. it is perfect for food lovers. I had many great meals. keong saik road offers both affordable and high-end options.

central location mrt station friendly staff
I appreciated the central location near the MRT station. Many restaurants were nearby I found the staff friendly. My room was clean I found it comfortable.
The room was very small it barely had space to turn around especially with luggage

The staff was friendly and helpful. the location is strategic for those who enjoy food. Many michelin rated restaurants are nearby.. the room design is good and feels spacious, although it is a compact room. the hotel also gave us a free upgrade.
the receptionist service was poor. i had indicated my arrival time beforehand, but upon arrival, the desk was empty for 15 minutes. the receptionist failed to mention that toiletries were only provided upon request, disappointing, as the sum we pay is for better service, something i did not receive.
